How do I get statistics on my web site?

1. Enter this in your web browser: HTTP://webstats.iperform.net:8888
2. Where it asks for your SERVER ID, enter your domain name without the .com extension.
e.g. for acme.com enter acme
3. If your web stats are not enabled, contact us. 

How do I setup to get Statistics emailed to me? 

1. Log into the Statistics Server with the information we sent you.
2. Click "Virtual Admin" in the upper right corner.
3. Expand "User Management" by clicking the "+" sign to the left of it.
4. Expand "List All Users"
5. Expand the user you wish to receive the email.
6. Make sure the email address is properly filled in.
7. Check how often you wish to receive the stats
8. Click "Submit Update" 

How do I add users for Statistics? 

1. To add a new user account, you must first log in to your statistics server.
2. Click on "Virtual Admin" which is located on the top right hand corner.
3. Click on the "plus" symbol next to "User Management".
4. Next click on "Add New User".
5. Type in the "User Name" and "User Password" you can fill in the "email Address" if you like to receive your stats emailed to you, and select the any or all of the three option listed.
6. Note: After you create a new user for stats you need to change the permissions for the user.
7. Follow the link for help on how to change the stats permission.
8. This new user is now able for login. 

How do I change User Permissions for Statistics? 

To manage your user permissions for Statistics, you must first log in to your statistics server.
1. Click on "Virtual Admin" which is located on the top right hand corner.
2. Click on the "plus" symbol next to "User Management".
3. Next click on "User Permissions".
4. Here you can click on any or all the option that you would like the user to have.
